So I just put an rb20 into my s13. It all runs ok other than a bad idle. Except when my car hits about 92 degrees, it starts running on either 4 or 5 cylinders. The hotter it gets the worse it runs.

Would this likely be the ignitior? What else could it be?

Cheers

Old ignitors are notorious for misbehaving when they get hot.

If it is idling badly, try using an ice-pack on the ignitor - see if cooling it down improves the situation.
