just wondering do standard r33 s2 come with tailshaft loops

If a r33 is a 2 peice tail shaft the "loop" is actually holding the center bearing in place.

yes they are 2 piece, and yes they therefore have a centre support. If you want to run it in a motorsport event it is worth sticking your head underneath to make sure no-one has changed it to 1 peice sometime in the past because this is a common change.
