Gtr Stutter And Air Con Problems

hi, recently my car has developed a annoying problem, at low cruising speed revs (1500-3000) the car stutters severely but when more throttle is applied it seems to power out of it. when under heavy throttle though it splutters in the 4000-5000rpm range then comes good after 5000. also i cannot drive the car with the air con on as it stalls if im under 2000rpm. can anyone give me insight into what is happening?

At low revs, I wonder about...

i) plugs

ii) fuel filter

iii) fuel pump

At high revs, I wonder about...

i) plugs

ii) coils as DanShirts ^^^ indicated + good article from 2004
