Possible things I can think of:

Loom from Engine > Ignitor

Ignitor

Loom from Ignitor > Coilpack

Coilpack

Coilpack Tips

Sparkplugs

o2 sensors

AFM

Injector stuck open

Intercooler leak

SO Ive started going through and changing items,

Loom from Engine > Ignitor

Ignitor

Loom from Ignitor > Coilpack

Coilpack

Coilpack Tips

Sparkplugs - cleaned and gapped, will replace with new ones asap

o2 sensors Cut and rejoined to install

AFM

Injector stuck open

Intercooler leak

Car had dead o2 sensors when bought, they have been replaced at the same time as some other items:

2 New injectors, all new o-rings

02 sensors replaced

FMIC taken off

Clutch installed

Intercooler pipes around turbos taken off.

Car is running very rich, any other suggestions as too what it could be would be much appreciated,

Bad batch of fuel?

How does it idle (and what does it show the vacuum pressure as when idling)?

If you don't run a FPR, look into the pressure regulator

Does your ECU give you an error code(s)?

How is compression in each cylinder?

Ill also add, I started and drove it in Japan, just up and down the road and it idled fine, but when I first picked it up in aus it had the front bar moved and the intercooler hoses on both ends off. It was all removed in Japan.

Havent got it to idle since, Compression test came up with 155-153psi across all cylinders.

ok, that changes things. if the only thing that's changed since it was driving fine japan is piping then most likely you have a leak somewhere, or something is not connected properly (ie hoses back to front, swapped etc). you need to go over all the piping again. why was piping removed between here and japan?

I assume it was to remove the front bar for shipping, and they hadn't done it before, all bolts to remove the front lip from the front bar had been removed and kept in bag.

the symptoms really do point to an air leak. even more so considering the chain of events:

car started, idled and drove fine.

you left car

piping was removed/messed with

piping was replaced

car wont idle, run or drive properly

I know where I'd be hunting the problem. leaks wont always be visible to the naked eye. go over every piece of induction piping.

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
