V35_Paul
Could you please post a sound file so we can hear? I'm tossing up between this or a drop in filter. I prefer the look of the pod, but worried it might be too noisy for me. fcruz3r
I've put grounding kits on a civic type r and an evo before....didn't feel any difference at all in the cars performance. Didnt want to spend that money again on the V35 to be dissappointed...but if what u say is correct, then its definately a worthwhile mod. MILLOS
But a grounding kit does not improve performance, does it? It just makes your shifting a lot more responsive, especially for automatics. No lag in the shift! Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/271392-best-mods-1000aus-to-spend/page/5/#findComment-4934037 Share on other sites

No lag in the shift! The one i got claims 5hp to the wheels. So maybe i might get about 3rwkw. If not i don't mind, i have an auto and it is a lot better to drive now. MILLOS
Cool, I have not installed mine yet, but I'm sure 5hp would probably not be noticeable but as long as it is a lot better to drive, then I think you've done well. Ezy03
hey guys im in the market to buy a jwt pop charger and z tube, would it be a good idea to buy the pop charger brand new and save some cash by buying the z tube 2nd hand (good condition - low kms used ones) or should i just go for the brand new combo they have on ebay - besides saving me some cash by buying new-used rather than new-new is there any other difference or things i should be aware of?
