it's bumping time again!

C'mon guys: it's cheap, it's unique, and it's a great drive!

I'm looking for swaps for a R32/R33 GTR and cash my way...

Hi, Mica

It is a pity you are in the coast. I have a collection of 7 GTR33 ranging from 215kwrw, 303kwrw(N1), Veilside Combat R detuned to 280kwrw,355kwrw (-5) to 455kw at all4 T88GK38 Pete Lopez's old gunner) a full-on track car is being built at present. You have got a lovely car for a project. Think of this, Source a VG38dett R35 from a wreck, match a strong gearbox and diff and a lot of clever engineering to make it all work. You have got a unique gunner with both show and go.As for your Stagea, get a RS260, stick a pair of Garrett-5 or T88 single for straight line speed. WoW.May be we can talk on the phone with a possible swap.I also have a 2000 S2 stagea Neo done 50000km only

cheers

He who dies with the most toys wins!

So far, you are in the lead. I love your project idea for the V35. Someone needs to do it

Hey Micah, keen for a road trip to Victoria?

Yeah, but I want to take the Stagea!

However, if that's what it takes: I am willing and able to travel... Tim: I'll be in touch shortly... I am interested :)

Tim GTR: still waiting for pics/info on the proposed swap: I am quite interested, as per the phone conversation, but I need more info... please email me at [email protected]

Cheers,

Micah

OK: No more playing around, and no further drops in price.

$36900.00

I would really like to see this gone guys: It's going to waste locked in a shed with nobody to take it for a spin!

Give yourself a nice carbon on blue Xmas present!

Ok, so I broke my back in 2 places this week, and am now (under nuerosurgeon's orders) Never again allowed to drive this car: Carbon fibre seats and stiff suspension are not spine-friendly...

So, I am now looking to either sell the car for the $36900 asking price, or will consider swaps for a late model (mostly standard) Luxury car of similar/lower mileage: I need something cushy that won't put any undue strain on my damaged spine....

I am now negotiable on price within reason, and really need to offload this car: Not being allowed to drive it at all has rendered it completely useless to me...

C'mon people: bring on the offers!

Spewing dude.

If you lived in Perth and i could see the car in person i might do a swap with you...

and sorry my car don't have Brembo and it's an auto, which would be better for you since it's such a smooth ride :)

    • Hope you aren't too sore after that one, might take a day or 2 to notice yet and I guess it is a loooooong drive home. On the bright side, tube frame front end is a thing at superlap, right?

    • The chart of front pressure to rear pressure (with one being on the x axis and the other being on the y axis) is not a straight line on a typical proportioning valve. At lower pressures there is a straight line with one slope, and at higher pressures that changes to a lower slope. That creates a bend in the line at that pressure, called the knee point. If you do not change the proportionng as the pressure gets higher, you will suffer excessive pressure (at one end of the car or the other, depending on which way you look at the proportioning action) and then get lockups at that end. The HFM BM57, from my memory of previous discussions, is based on the BM57 from a different car (to a Skyline), with a different requirement for the location of the knee point and the distribution of pressure front to rear, and so is not a good choice for an upgrade on a Skyline. Here's a couple of links to some old posts, one from here, one from elsewhere. A lot of it pertains to adjustable prop valves, but the idea is the same. There are plenty of discussions on here about this issue from al the many years of people wanting a cheap/accessible option. https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/ https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/learn-me-brake-proportioning-valves/236880/page1/
    • Yeah dunno why johhny posted that here with no context, just post on FB/insta bro where he put it up?  Laine had an off at T4 during Thurs prac, he's ok, car is less than perfect, they are done for the weekend, he can fill in the rest. Bando also binned it like 100m up the road.
    • I feel there must have been a FB/insta post and the weekend did not start well at all I hope everyone is all okay
