Hey All,

As some of you may or may not know, I'm getting hitched this year! November 14th to be exact and as a devoted Skyline owner/enthusiast I'm looking for 2 GTR's and their drivers as wedding cars. I'm not really fussed on which model (I think R32's might be easier in terms of avaliability), but I would prefer a pair of the same shape (not fussed on colour either, for now!). Your services will be required for about 4 to 5 hours of the day and will be paid for. Drinks will be provided and you are welcome to join us for the ceremony.

Feel free to post up if your interested, I'll PM you the details and we can go from there. Would be nice to have atleast one car confrimed soon. Thanks....

Cheers,

Luke.

Congrats on the wedding man!

I'm getting married in September and are using 2 R34 GT-R's (Genorously supplied by one member on here, and a member of another forum :D)

Hope your day is everything you hope for and more mate :)

Cheers Buddy.... Same for you and yours :)

You can always do the R32 R33 R34 R35 silver GTR's if you want.

I'll even polish the R33

Love the idea, but i dont need that many cars!

I guess green is out of the picture ><

Green is not out of the question! I'm not fussed on colour for the moment, so even pink would be cool! (especially if it had Donut King on the side :P )

aaarrrrrggggghhhhh! so many options! *hyper-ventilating* i need a paper bag!

im still in the pondering stage atm, but i'll PM the "winners" within the next few weeks.

again, thanks to all for offering....

James :D

  • 2 weeks later...

and the winners are *drum roll*......

GTRKat and Donnan!!!

Going with the black and white R32's. thanks to all who offered. i may still ask if either of these 2 get stuck and cant do it for whatever reason.

    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
    • You have a knack for photography my friend. It makes the 86 look like a complete bucket. The 34 went with you to Europe and back. It's special. (we all feel the same about our 'shitboxes' that every bystander seems to absolutely love)
    • It's been quite the ordeal but hey, at least you figured it out.
    • The final part arrived today to un-clampify and simplify the intake Who would have though a 1/2" hose stainless bulkhead fitting designed for below waterline bilge pumps would be what I needed Test fit on a 3" offcut I had laying around to see if it would work, and it worked a treat All going well the intake will be on its "final version" tomorrow
