Thinking about selling my car to get into a 4 door (please don't send me msgs about swapping for older mercs or bmws, i want to upgrade not downgrade ffs, i want something like a mitsubishi galant/legnum).

its a 1996 Nissan Skyline r33 GTS-t series II in white, manual and 102,000kms.

Eonon dvd player/screen(bluetooth, usb, SD)

Pedders lowered springs with kyb shocks (5 months old)

xforce front and dump with cat and kakimoto r cat back (very quiet and good quality so no probs with cops)

drift lip spoiler

Stock r33 wheels with roadworthy rubber (can provide impul rs 17x9 +22 wheels and tyres as shown in pics but will cost an extra $650 )

100,000km service done with dayco timing kit, waterpump, fuel filter, fresh castrol oil and oil filter

Razo Turbo Timer

it is very good condition in and out aside from a few small scratches and dints. front bumper might need a respray but isn't that bad/noticeable. will need new coilpacks also as it does the occasional miss fire at 4-5 rpms. car drives good and engine is A1 apart from that.

rwc will be negotiated but price is without rwc although i don't think the car will need much as it just passed roadworthy 5 months ago.

in Western Suburbs of VIC.

contact me on my mobile for any more questions.0432454387

cheers guys.

to all the people sending me pms about euros and falcadores, i'm not interested in anything else but a jap car.

things i would swap for: r33 sedan, mitsubishi galant, mitsubishi legnum.

bump...i only wanna swap with a legnum/galant really so that means no silvia's, integras, bmw 3 series blah blah blah.

no longer a urgent sale...car i wanted sold :D

back to $11,000firm no rwc.

no other offers as i'd rather keep the car

heres pics of it of how it stands. should make some points of condition of car:

the odometer and tripmeter stopped working about a month ago and is at 102500kms but should be at just over 106000kms. depending on when the car is bought i can replace the clutster with a odometer showing kms close to what they should be. the rest of the cluster works fine.

will be giving the car a service soon depending when the car is sold.

head lights arent in the best of condition with a few blemishes and marks as well as them being foggy but they are still all right as you can see in the pics.

the front bar has a few scratches, paint blemishes and stone chips but hasn't bothered me. was gonna respray but just haven't got around to it.

rear gtr style pods are noobly sprayed by me. judge urself by the photos. still looks pretty clean when given a good wash.

the eonon dvd player wont be coming with it also now due to it being a present from somebody.

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.
    • My Nismo 1.5 churps a bit on reverse turns when cold, but besides that feels like a stock diff.
    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts
    • Bunnings would have just handed you your money back on that one!
    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
