Driving Test

any of you guys ever used your skyline for the actual driving test before? Is it advisable? Does the tester already develop a sorta perception about you the moment he sees your car?

i dont think u should use a skyline for a driving test, get one of those little hatchback things, u can reverse park those things into hell tiny places

remember the car u take the test in has to be completly roadworthy..

other than that, i guess its up to you

the examiner prolly wont even know wat a skyline is! if u feel confident driving it u should just do it in the skyline, if its got like mods on it like a noisy exhaust maybe dont and just relax talk to the instructor and u should pass easily!

depends what car you learn in basically if you learn in a line then your more confortable in it

yeah, make sure you dont drive with one hand or reverse using mirrors, I was done for them and because i was drinking a can of coke at the same time. 2nd time i got it because I left the coke at the trans dept.

i did in mine ... well i had an auto license only, then i took my manual. so i was driving on the road "illegally" for about a week. Driving a manual with an auto license ....

if u dont do anything wrong they cant fail u. Infact when i did my exam, he said that earlier that morning another person did an exam in another skyline - wat a coincidence

just focus ... and do some nice chit chats - talk about wat kinda cars the examiner like

well.. the only thing that worries me is that i got a slightly louder exhaust and a tiny momo steering wheel.

the thing is that i have been driving for almost 6 yrs now but due to some regulations here in Queensland, i have to get a local licence.

might borrow my mate's 1985 honda civic hatchback though .. sigh...
