Cam Gear Cover Removal

Hey guys,

Im in the process of respraying my valve covers. Now i have to remove the cam angle sensor and ive read that when installing back in its not as straight foward. Just wondering what needs completeing to put it back in there correctly and everything to work a treat.

just make sure the key on the cam is lined up with the keyway inside the cas then push it on...a slight twist either way made be needed till it finds the spline. Then reset the timing once done.

Make a few marks prior to taking it off with a paint pen to help align it up again, and then check with a timing light once all back together.
