Advice On Intermittent Miss

My 04 auto seems to hesitate occasionally when driving in top gear under no load. There does not seem to be any loss of power but just a slight hesitation for a fraction of a second. It has done 54k and otherwise runs beautifully. I don't know if the plugs are original - it may need new ones? Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced this?

Could be O2 sensors. Coil pack?

start at plugs, gap them correctly and make sure they sit on a good clean seat
