Hey all,

Last night I got home at about 7pm and parked my car in my carpark underground in the basement of my appartment building in southport. This morning I have gone down to get in it to take it to have my new bumper, side skirts, and rear pods fitted and noticed it was gone. took me 10 minutes to come to my sensus and admit to myself that it is actually gone.

The car is a Maroon R33 GTS model. Very distinctive skyline not like others, it has a black bonnet, black roof blending into the sides. GTR wing, LR style front bumper and a front mount intercooler on the front. The rego plates on it are SKY008 and it has a silver square fuel sticker cover. It also has black and silver rims very distinctive. It also has a red jetpilot sticker on the rear windscreen.

I will post pictures up of what it looks like at the moment.

EVERYONE BE ON THE LOOKOUT PLEASE AS IT IS VERY DISTINCTIVE.

Please contact me on 0402859795 for info or PM me instantly please.

Thanks,

Ben H

Update:

THE REWARD FOR THE RECOVERY OF MY CAR IS GOING TO SIT AT $1000.

*The car has apparently been spotted in brisbane near the springwood exit but for all we know it could be on the coast now or somewhere in Brisbane. Any information on the car would be very much appreciated.

Yeah I bought it at the start of last year for 8k and have spent around 4k on it but its only insured for 8 which sucks. So yeah everyone please keep an eye out. was able to get the passenger window deflector off the ground that they must have ripped off. hopefuly get prints off it.

Much gheyness, I hate hearing these stories. Is it a "secure" underground carpark? The Gold Coast definitely seems to be getting hit pretty hard at the moment.

A GTS with 4 stud wheels and a FMIC, did it have a turbo conversion? It might help with identifying parts if that's the case.

In any case I'll keep an eye out around the Brissy northside!

If only they had known then they could have postponed :P

on a more serious note - will keep an eye out

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
