Hi guys,

Have a few parts lying around which if I get the right $ for them I will sell otherwise it will all be installed on the car shortly on its next service at my mechanics.

1. Stillen strut brace to suit coupes and sedans. I had this on my white 300gt but have since sold the car and removed the brace.

Below pic is what it looks like installed in a G35. Will have actual pics up later. Chasing $250.00.

/edit actual pics are attached.

2. Mishimoto Aluminium Radiator. Bought this a while back from a forum member and have not had the time to install it. Its still brand new in the box. Will fit coupe and sedan V35s and is a direct bolt on replacement for OEM. Chasing $450.00. Original owner paid close to $900 to get it shipped from the US

3. Clear Indicator corners for SEDAN only. Purchased this a few months back from the group buy and removed it upon sale of the car. Still in brand new condition and is a genuine Nissan part. Chasing $60.00

Any questions please let me know...as usual, pick up is preferred Brisbane Southside. Will post interstate as a last resort.

Be quick as my car is due for service in another 1000kms and if the strut brace and radiator don't sell by then I will probably get the mechanic to fit it all.

Cheers.

I can confirm that....the V35 cover needs to be removed. The Stillen strut brace is a quality item...well worth the $250....I paid a fortune to get mine shipped over from Stillen USA direct....

Also, according to the Stillen installation instructions, you may need another air intake tube...go search the Stillen website for more info.

To those keen on the strut brace, install with caution!!! The stupid strut nuts are bound to slip under the socket wrench....So be careful....Or fork out $100 to get a nut opener kit (like I did)...

I am so tempted with the radiator.......but I know that if I buy it, my Mrs will hang me by my balls...

Updated:

Strut brace installed in my car no longer for sale.

n15m0's Boxing day sale!

Mishimoto Radiator - Required slight modifications to install in my sedan as a result I did not go ahead with it. Should be a straight fit for coupes! $400! Brand new in Box.

Clear Corners for sedan - I can't believe these are still here, cheap mod that makes a big difference aesthetically. - $50!

what mod is required to make it fit in the sedan? what exactly is included - just the radiator and cap?

Yes radiator and Cap. I'm not 100% sure what exactly is required but my mechanic informed me to make it fit they would require trimming of plastic and modifying hoses and it was not a direct bolt on as I thought it was and hence I did not go ahead with it.

The box states G35 and part number matches website so I believe this may have meant the Coupe only but unsure if there are any differences between coupe and sedan radiator.

    • I wasn’t able to replicate the sound anymore. It was a one time sound so maybe it was just coincidence but it was like small pebbles being dropped in a coke can.   should I try cleaning the MAF? It could be it’s functioning but dirty? I don’t know.
    • Update 4: Hi all. The car drives again! Haven't driven for long, only to store it in the garage again, but the test drive was successful. The coolant and oil leaks seem to be fixed for now. Temps on the engine were also very good, while moving I never even saw 80C water during the approx. 30 minute drive. Ate up all the coolant in the reservoir though so will have to fill that even more when I go to the car next time. One thing that pisses me off is that the RPM gauge is still f**ked, I even resoldered the board twice and used copper paste on the silly screws that are used as connections. Next time I take it out I'll take apart the board and fit new components, I'll see if I can get a replacement IC for it.  I have an appointment set for 22nd of September for the engine tune to 370hp. Alignment also still needs to be done. My hope is that I can get all the legal stuff over with by the end of this season. Anyone of you have advice regarding intercoolers? Currently there is an APEXI core fitted, one of those weird hybrid ones, 600x270x76. I don't think it's bad but it's not new and now I still have the chance to change it now to legally include it in the paperwork. Only issue is that the only options that would arrive in time are a HKS Type R intercooler or generic Ebay spec intercoolers comparable to a JustJap one. Ideally I'd order a Plazmaman but it takes over a month to receive which would mean making the car legal has to wait until next season. Would love to hear some input on this. Same story for my injectors, the previous owner was a nunce and put ID 1050x on the engine. They work but are obviously not ideal at "normal" power levels. But I don't see a reason to change them unless the tuner says it's necessary. I read online before buying a different exhaust that the top secret style rear diffusers won't fit due to the size of the rear resonators. My buddy and I made it work by slightly "adjusting the shape" of the mounting bracket and making some spacers out of 3d print for the mounting bolts. Fits like a charm. Just putting this here in case someone has this problem. Even the hefty HKS Silent Hi Power rear can fits without hitting anything.
    • Well they got my money but they are not getting my gearbox !
    • It's needed for rolling idle up, and I think it is a decider on VCT also.
    • I mean, not really. Link ECU's can absolutely still have errors from the ECU thinking it's getting a sensor it's not expecting. I would imagine the speed at the ECU level in Nistune does absolutely nothing anyway? I assume the ECU does not do any fancy TC stuff with regards to front+rear wheel speed or anything of that like anyway. Someone who uses Nistune may be more fluent in it.
