Time for a upgrade of the suspension me thinks....after i upgraded mine there is no squatting and more hauling ahead

Your car doesn't squat because you dont have over 300kw and 4WD traction.

We have a winner! GTR's drive totally differently Mr Krishy...

Bec, that's a great result, congrats! Be interested to see what mine pulls on that dyno, may be a touch high reading

with a forged motor and aftermarket turbos why would you bother tuning it at 16 psi?

total waste of time and money.

above 24 psi is where its at.

give it to the bitch and reap the rewards.

if you cant handle the power you shouldnt have built/purchased the car.

Like I said, I wanted a safe tune. Without all that stuff over 300AWkW isn't necessarily "safe".

I didn't buy the car to do launches. I bought it to do ALL of what GTRs are meant to do - go, stop, and most of all, turn. I wanted an overall magnificently HANDLING car. Much more than that at the wheels on these starts to get twitchy as others have found out.

At the end of the day, it's my "wasted" money, I worked hard for it. I have to drive it, not you, and to me it's no "waste" at all, so really, that's all that matters :P

Thank you everyone for your positive feedback - I'm still new to a lot of aspects of a car like this! Everyone's been really helpful and supportive, thank you :P

Thinking of heading out and about tonight! :D

uleh says "time 4 yoo 2 show us ur f00ly h3kt1k dr1ft sk1ds yo"

*facepalm*

Mine has 315 AWKW on 20 psi with stock motor, and aftermarket garrets, Goes like the clappers when u wind up the wick above 4500rpm, but no wheel shutter as i re did the suspension and subframe bushes myself. Got a fully built head and 272 jun cams on the way next week, so should see around 400kw when shes done.

But well done Bec, its your car, do what you want to do with it, dont let others tell you you should do this you should do that. Beautiful car i might add.

    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
