Wow. This could play massively into Marks hands if the race starts dry or only lightly wet with his inters. I'm expecting a huge points haul for Red Bull... mechanicals permitting.

What a rollercoaster ride of a qualifying session.

Well that was a brilliant qualifying session if you ask me! :P So much for Webs can't drive in the wet hey... Plenty of world champs and former world champs spinning and putting it in the gravel....

Bring on the race!! :D

The real queston is, how many laps do they have to bag in order to be classified a full points result. Last year Webber was on for perhaps his first GP win or at least a podium when it was called to a halt. I hope when/if the weather comes tomorrow it doesnt rob Webs of a good points haul.

If its a wet race they can start on whatever tyre they want, ditto a dry race

Do they not do the 'start on the same tyres' thing if Q3 is wet?

Only in the dry this rule applies, for the prime/option tires.. Well I'm pretty sure anyway.

Oh, and COP THAT SH*T WEBBER HATERZ.. Bring it home P1 sonny!

Please Schu, show us some of that old wet weather magic!

    • Did you take the MX5 for a Blat around the Track at all?
    • LOL, "they said it might be slippery"..... 30 seconds in your off, 60 seconds in white twin backs into the corner That new track looks good, and the Datsun was chopping cars quite nicely
    • I'll get one of these also just for giggles
    • I bought 6 new spark plugs to compare readings. They will be here tomorrow and ill see if meter is far off if it all. I know one is at least reading 0 so its best replace all anyway if one is bad, from experience. I still have to test the harness just to be sure its not a double issue and I waste my time haha-the old plugs are iridium I always thought those lasted more than 50,000 km.
    • If you take the top half of the intake off you can unbolt the flap off the shaft and leave the shaft in there blocking the hole. Then you can remove the little vacuum canister off from under the manifold and get a spare vacuum line to run to the ECU. I can take some photos of it later. Probably best to get the vacuum source to the ECU sorted first though. Mine all worked mint with the base map from the GTT an I've pretty much let the closed loop sort the fueling and took 1 degree out of the whole timing map.
