Thought I'd throw up a few of the shots I've been learning to do :P Comments welcome!

Taken on the southside of the gateway at the park nearby. Was messing with new flash and using car headlights. I really like the surreal lighting on the leaves.

Northside of the gateway under the new section. Messing with long exposures, this was taken at about 9pm, pretty much pitch black, but with the passing traffic and traffic lights gave some interesting lighting.

Other direction of the photo above, again, messing with exposures and lighting

Hows this one?
Yeah nice!

Might be slightly underexposed and framing slightly to the left (to get more sea in so the chair is at the right hand third line) might have helped (IMO)

Can't change framing now but for exposure this is kinda what I mean:

Good shots man. As for last shot - did you de-saturate one person and leave the other one saturated? Looks a little strange..

Haha I forgot about that. Yeah I did because she really ruined the pic imo. I probably should have de-sat the other person too.

Here's the original. :)

Couple from the trip to springbrook.

Possums were crazy. one tried to drink my beer. Others would let you pet them. A couple had a fight and ran straight towards me. I had to jump over one of them haha.

I dont knokw if i like the PP on the first two. I dont even know where to start or what look i want to finish with. too many possibilities.

    • What Duncan said sounds right. Also, it looks like they only have the driver's mat. Not the rest. Because looking at the diagram: KG4911 is just the mat for the driver. KG4900 is the full set if I'm not mistaken and discontinued.   But, it looks like they may still have the full set for the manual S2. Might be worth checking for the other models as well as they seem slightly different. https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/nissan-japan/stagea/wgnc34/6649-rb25det/misc/G49 Man, I'm tempted.
    • I dunno about that as a blanket statement. Pitwork is Nissan's "Nissan genuine" thing, and for stuff like timing belts, I have found them to be excellent. Of course, for things like oil filters, you always use proper trusted brands anyway, not whatever the OEM has taken to using.
    • Ahhhh... If you were putting 12V to the led in there, that's likely made it very unhappy. Chances are how you put power, was 12V across an LED that's meant to only have about 20mA through it at peak, and a forward voltage of about 1.8 to 2.4 volts. That circuit is likely only a 3V3 circuit, and will have a resistor in series with the led too. That's my guesstimate on that light, without having touched one.
    • Another vote for installing them and see how you go.  I mean, you already own them, why would you not fit them?
    • I have had too many of those over the years, my cars have a toolkit or at minimum a cheapy multi tool thing because its too easy to be snookered by some stupid plastic clip that stops you checking the battery terminal isn't loose.
