hella flush from my understand does stem from cartman's use of the word hella.. like.. you guys are hella stupid..

the act of squeezing wide rims with undersized tyres into little guards that arent meant to accept such width.. sooo the hella flush stance merely requires the sidewall of the tyre to be a bees dick away from the guard.. which can be achieved at 100mm height by not having ridiculous BN copy bodykits etc. if you were to use a standard bodied car and fit a 10" rim with a 235 tyre, and lower it a little.. you could get the right stance.
