We are in for some tough times when China stops buying our dirt and we need an industry other then real estate to run to.. but that all seems a bit extreme doesnt it? I lived in Western part of Europe for a fair bit of time a little more than a decade ago so i have a fair idea how Europen states generally area and their perspective of similiar situations. I'm been to almost all Euro states excluding UK and Nordic states. I have more Euro border pass stamps on my passport than many of you here.

Yeah they can mate, same as the P1 GT3 Was impounded. It's easy for them to get the car out, the just need to prove it a revenue raising business asset and not owned by the driver.
