R34 Help

gudday guys!just new on this form,looking a answer about my r34, after a while she is shaking and some times ondash"tcs off"slip" and engine light comes up.i went many palces to check out but every1 has differnt opinion.if any 1 had that problem with r 34 plz help me out.or direct me to right person.cheez

good chance that it is going to be a coilpack issue.

thanks mate,but car just has done 73ks and in very gud condition.if any 1 has split fire coils sitting some where so i can borrow,or change in front of him,dats is the only way i can find out.cheez

Best to buy a whole set now and change them all.

The others are not too far off from failing.

yeah buddy same exact thing happened to me

basiacally it kept over charging then frying the 5th coil and made the engine misfire.

i changed to a set of split fires and it still did it a couple of times so i had 2 options and they were reset my standard ecu or upgrade to an aftermarket ecu

almost certain coil packs. Easy fix, splitfires and away you go. km's doesn't really seem to have anything to do with it, they are just prone to failing.

Relatively cheap fix and nothing major is really going wrong anyway.
