That's exactly what I said although my unglesh is kwite a biit por yustaday.

The eyeballs are the low beam (middle) parts, the parking lights are the outers and the high beams are the inner standard reflector type lights.

Non turbo variants had the standard reflector type lights for the low and high beams.

All GTS-T Turbo R32's have the eye ball for the low beams and the std reflector type for the high beam which is in the middle.

There is two different types of low beam eye balls but.

One has a more frosted look and the other is clear looking.

I have both on my car which sucks as the clear bulb looking one that also gives a tinge of blue when you drive towards some one gives out alot more light and it is a white light. Where as the frosted one doesn't put out as much light but gives a almost yellowish/orange tinge on the ground in front of the car when driving.

Basically the clear bulb is the way to go.. I'm pretty sure they come on GTR's and the others come on GTST.

boxhead... yeah I got em too, turns out that most r32's which have gone through their 10 year rebuild get the "GTR" style lights. There's no major difference, there's 2 types, the N1 style lights with twin projector beams and the normal ones, which come in 2 different arrangements. There's no specific model that comes with a certain arrangement, they all have both available.

its simple... you take the high beam light and the normal light, and swap their positions around and u get the "late model" style lights. They still work the same way.

Box head I know what you mean.

On the R32's the GTR and GTST have slightly different headlights.

The actual headlight unit is the same but the internal globes are different.

The GTR has a light like this..

Lets look at a car front on and look towards our left which would be the cars RIGHT head light cause it is facing us.

From left to right...

indicator, park light, normal driving lights (low beam - the round globe), high beam (square light)

Where as the GTST's go...

indicator, park light, high beam (square light), normal driving lights (low beam - the round globe).

Get it?.. the round globe and the high beam globe are swapped around..

Now that wasn't so hard was it?

    • I now seem to be limited in power due to my rev limit/hydraulic lifters in my built RB25. I'm looking into converting over to Tomei solid lifters. Question for anyone that has done the conversion. I was always under the impression that when using the Tomei solid lifter conversion, you would also require new valves (Longer or shorter stems, I can't remember which).  I don't know where I got this idea, as so far I see no mention of this in any of the Tomei documentation. It just states I need the Tomei solid buckets, solid lifter cams and upgraded springs. As my head is already built, all I would need is another set of 1000$ Kelford cams, 500$ buckets and about 4H hours of my time installing and I'm off to the races!?!? There's no way it's that simple, I must be missing something?

    • BRUH, one of the biggest mistakes of my life..... and i've had plenty ;[)
    • @Murray_Calavera iam just considering options 🙂 of course it is very expensive so that why i ask here 🙂  @joshuaho96 I looked at that GCG hybrid(i remember looking at it few weeks before) So this is "that" hybrid where i send them my turbo and they upgrade the inside to Garrett stuff and then they send it back. It cost around 1200-1300 USD which is FAR cheaper than the HKS and it is what iam looking for(i just do not have experience like this...to send something off to "upgrade" ) @tylink720 that is like 150 USD turbo no? 😄 I dont think i have the "ease on my mind" with this kind of turbo. I just put over 7000k USD to "LINK" up my engine...dont want to blow it up with cheap turbo 😄     EDIT: https://www.cj-motor.com/gcg-turbo-charger-for-nissan-rb20det-rb25det-high?srsltid=AfmBOooVeOZ6CZ6r1AIv5m-KPaa6BvudIPJTY8LW78khkd-gQlsaCht9 I looked at this and it seems ok? It is that CGC hybrid and it costs around 1250 USD (with back shipping). Do any of you have experience with this hybrid on NEO turbo? I quickly look thru the forum/web and it seems very good.
