so he did!! hehe

Whcih countries celebrate the new year? Taiwan, China who else?

Basically any country that uses the Lunar calender as opposed to the Solar, usually in conjunction. I think these are mainly China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Korea.

Indonesia and Singapore celebrate New Year's Day 4 times in a year because they have Hindu, Islam, Chinese and Western New Year's Days. Joy to be them!

"Loon mah Jing sun --- sum serng si seng!!!"

*open palm on fist*

:usuck:

So what does "Kung Hei Fat Choi" mean?? I just got that in H.N.Y. SMS from China.... (Don't flame me if it's wrong/misspelt/offensive - my boss is Italian, in China at the moment, and only ¼ way through his Mandarin course.....)

It means Happy New Year!!

The only reason i know this is because i work in Springvale.. and alot of our customers were shut today... one of our customers said it to us.. My boss was saying it all day... LOL

And Vietnemese celebrate the Chinese new year too...

    • Yes, overthinking. Many PS reserviors are completely opaque. Our Skyline ones, for example. Have to remove lid, peak inside, swirl the dipstick, try to remember how to read it, etc etc. Normal. Radiator overflows are often sufficiently opaque and scunged up that you can't see the true level inside anyway, and have to open and have a peak. Besides which, I replaced the (massively expensive, even back then) plastic overflow in my Alfa GTV, back in the '90s with a stainless one that I had a good fabricator make up to be dimensionally same-same, that looks remarkably similar to the Bogan's Moroso one above, and I never suffered any particular paranoia that I didn't know how much coolant was in it.
    • Looks great, but I'm always concerned that it makes it difficult to see what level the fluids are at. Am I overthinking this?
    • Looks fancy But after having a look, prior to its installation, I noticed that the yellow looking power steering reservoir would look crap next to this So I have this incoming..... Much cheaper than the Moroso and has great reviews (yeap, it's a Moroso knock off)
    • Can we place bets? My money is on there is always the option to use the 1 way profile. So the diff is either 2 way and 1 way, or 1.5 way or 1 way.
    • I also used Knox driveshafts when I the slip yoke T56 to the 3bolted TR6060 type. I believe I was one of his first jobs as it literally changed hands when I was there, started by the old owner and finished by the new. Everyone seemed pretty great about it. So wasn't shy/seemed pretty knowledgeable when dealing with weird custom people like me.
