Hey all, Just need some advice / Opinions on picking out a r34 GTT here are a couple.

Car 1

Car 2

Prob more to come.

Cheers.

Hey mate looks like you're based in Adelaide but most of the links are for VIC cars.

If you're looking to buy a moderately to highly modified example make sure you work our what's required for Regency before the purchase. Interstate transfers can be a hassle for modified cars...

yer V28VX37 in Adelaide but hard to find a decent r34 for sale with a reason price tag...so have to shop interstate atm. But you bring up a good point...i better ring them tomorrow get some information. Thanks

got a call about a r34 gtt.

Specs:

112k on the clock

Manual

No engine mods (bar pod filter)

18" rims

Muffler

Boost gauges

Done the 100k service (no faults)

I think that has been for sale for ages on SAU, looks pretty clean tho.

r34's have stock boost gauges btw.

id get it for around 16k if i was you

ask if there is any rust around the rear window under the edge of the boot

check accident history

check if RWC (if its from interstate)

check service history

check suspension, looks a tad lower than normal.

should be a piece of cake at ID inspection.

oh, and tell him to put some petrol in it, its empty :ninja:

only if you have the 3 gauge cluster in the middle, mine came with factory tv/sat nav screen in that spot

the red one looks nice but wont pass regency inspection, bonnet, turbo timer and ????

and watch out for anyone named krish...or secret name double choc...lol

Contact name: Krish

haha, forget it, every Krish i know is way too dodgy to buy a car from.

watch out for anyone named krish...or secret name double choc...lol

Yes i was quite concerned with the general accent and way he was talking about the car. So i think ill pass on this one.

I checked into the cheap black one, also came to conclusion it was uncompilable and other things weren't adding up like the fact he/she wasn't getting back to me in either email or phone so pass on that one as well. NEXT :P

    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
    • That's one of the reasons I got that breed, they look weird, the other reasons are they small, they are very vocal, and run around like they are on crack, I didn't want a breed that just sits around, these two are like kids on red cordial  My daughter has one, and it's a laugh riot, constantly doing Parkour around the house, sits on her shoulder, plays catch, and constantly runs around the house taking turns chasing the dog around, her Bermese though, just lays around with constant bitch face, and just looks on in utter disgust at the cat and dog playing together
