From all of the Executives of SAU-SA, we would like to congratulate those who entered and took part in the SAU-SA club display at the 2010 Autosalon. Your contributions and dedication on the day ended up earning us:

Best Club Attitude - Autosalon 2010

We were happy to notice all members speaking with the public and answering their questions and interests in our club and anything and everything Skylines. This, I am sure, went unnoticed by the judges and reflects upon what a great bunch of members we have. We had a pretty good setup and the public enjoyed the giveaways and info.

A big THANK YOU goes to James and Damo for their undying efforts in setting up the display. Congratulations also to James for his trophy won for his entry on the dyno. You've got a beast there mate.

:verymad:

We keep getting bigger and better! Feel free to post up whatever pictures you have of the weekend here.

Certainly made sitting around all weekend a bit more enjoyable

Yeah, great effort guys. From what I saw, the public took an interest in our display and it was rare that I didn't see someone talking skylines and RBs with our club. Noticed also club members getting around to all the trade stands and sharing the love there too.

Congratulations to James, Shane and Christine too for winning awards.

Some good looking cars there. I'll download my pics tomorrow and post em up ... including the Autosalon promo girls (in bikinis!) with James and Martin's GTRs

congrats to everyone involved in a epic SAU:SA display......it was a very very good display.....the public had a chance to see the cars, talk to the owners of particular cars or just talk skylines in general......i do not remember any other club doing that.....we even had information/merchandise for the public.....the time went rather quickly and for once a car show that didnt drag on and on......:verymad:

    • Yep, the closest base tune available was for the GTT, I went with that and made all the logical changes I could find to convert it to Naturally Aspirated. It will rev fine in Neutral to redline but it will be cutting nearly 50% fuel the whole way.  If I let it tune the fuel map to start with that much less fuel it wont run right and has a hard time applying corrections.  These 50% cuts are with a fuel map already about half of what the GTT tune had.  I was having a whole lot of bogging when applying any throttle but seem to have fixed that for no load situations with very aggressive transient throttle settings. I made the corrections to my injectors with data I found for them online, FBCJC100 flowing 306cc.  I'll have to look to see if I can find the Cam section. I have the Bosch 4.9 from Haltech. My manifold pressure when watching it live is always in -5.9 psi/inHg
    • Hi My Tokico BM50 Brake master cylinder has a leak from the hole between the two outlets (M10x1) for brake pipes, I have attached a photo. Can anyone tell me what that hole is and what has failed to allow brake fluid to escape from it, I have looked on line and asked questions on UK forums but can not find the answer, if anyone can enlighten me I would be most grateful.
    • It will be a software setting. I don't believe many on here ever used AEM. And they're now a discontinued product, that's really hard to find any easy answers on. If it were Link or Haltech, someone would be able to just send you a ECU file though.
    • Yes sir am asking is there possible way from aem tuner from wiring pins
    • Have you checked cam to crank timing and confirmed balancer marks are correct?
