One of the guys wearing an LS1 shirt came over and said to Chaos (who was in my passenger seat) 'most of the Commodores have spare seats, so if you want a ride in a V8 instead of a ricer for a change, just ask em'.

To which I would have said "I would, but today I want to go fast around corners and up a hill, not fast in a straight line on a flat road"

Stupid knuckle draggers :flamed:

Nah it was nothing like that, it was said as a light-hearted dig, he wasn't serious. We were picking on them for being bogans most of the day, they were calling us ricers. It was all just a bit of fun. But yeah, I thought of heaps of things about 5 seconds after he walked away... DAMN!!!

haha yeh the holden boys did quite well. even blakey said on our first stop he was playing with a few of them at the lights :D. All in all was a great day despite the vy wanting to be a 4x4 and doing some off road driving both driver and passenger were ok.

Hey guys,

Finally made it back to the sunny coast. I have to say that was a fun day and yes a holden guy stuck his head in my car too and asked my girl and my mate's girl if they wanted to cruise in the holdens but they politely told him to f***k off :( I think mine was the only car with 4 people and yet I was still keeping up with the black R8 on the straights between Mt Glorious and Summerset dam :O

I've attached a few pics of the day... more to come. The silver commy in pics 1794 and 1795 was the unlucky one who stopped against a tree when he went offroad :) Apparently it was mentioned on a radio station news report the next morning but I was too hungover to hear it. I too got pics of the car but you can only see the arse end as the rest is covered by long grass, shrubs and trees... the only trippy part of the pics is the steep angle of the drop down to the car.

Mud is the R33 in the middle of pic 1781 with Marc on the right and myself on the left... unfortunately Mud had to work (poor bugger) so he couldn't join in the fun.

good work amn, I'm so stupid I should ahve woke up and went even though i was sick, but i slept most of the day anyway. I couldnt speak on saturday at all so I would have been hopeless :O next time :( and I'll have new tyres to grip with also, too much drifting at work.
