YOKOHAMA ADVAN RACING TC2 RIMS FOR SALE

18 x 10.5 x 25+ PCD 114.3 (GTR Fitment)

These awesome rims are basically brand new and have only been used for Dyno run in and tune and put on my car to ship it to Oz and are in Excellent Mint condition.

Great lightweight street rim and highly sought after rim for the track.

These are pretty much not available anymore from Yokohama and I had to pull alot of strings to get hold of these.

If you could get your hands on a set your looking at least around $4400 plus landed and then you have the duty on top of that.

I'm after $4000 willing to go 50/50 on the delivery.

I'll have pics of the rims up in the next day or 2.

Heres some pics and pricing from Yokohama Japan site.

An all time fave wheel of mine, totally under rated! One question though - I thought they only went as wide as 10" with the TC2 - these are definitely 10.5"?

Beautiful set, lighter than TE37s etc well worth the money :P

Advan Oz cleared a heap of stock out, but 17" vs 18" is an unfair comparo in any case :P

Cheers Aaron..

Yeah mate they are 10.5"s and real hard to get hold of. I had to ask big favour of a friend at Yokohama to get these.

Reason I'm selling is I have a set of TE37 SL's being made up and the TC2's have to make way for them.

I have a set of Enkei RPO5's that I was thinking of selling but decided to let the TC2's go first.

Definitely a bloody light wheel for its size.

Yeah mate you got a not bad deal but look at the difference in rim size. Quite a common size and relatively easy to come by.

These puppies are extremely hard to come across hence the price.

Have a look at the Yokohama site and check the price differences.

Add in freight to Oz and potential import tax and $4000 is pretty fair.

Check a few of the import companies and see their price and then see if you can get a set in this size and fitment

They look mint on the car and definitely fill the guards. I had to chuck on a set of 18x265x35's tyres on for transport and had to stretch the tyre to fit so the profile looks more like a 25 and so looks like my car is riding high but its running Nismo S Tune suspension so its definitely lowered.

A set of 275's on them will look mint !!

If I hadn't picked up my LE37T last night, I would jump on these. As you say, this size is RARE. Whoever scores these is lucky. In pics they don't look any where as good as they do in the flesh - the quality of finish on these is better than any other forged jap rim. The paint is almost piano flat and the gloss is brilliant.

Someone should jump on these.

Thanks Aaron...Your making me wonder if I should sell them :)

I just got the first 2 off the car and replaced them with Enkei RPo5's and the Enkeis felt like I was lugging a dea body compared to TC2 flyweights..!! :)

Ok pics of a couple of rims...

There are now some very minor marks from removing tyres by not so carefull tyre fitter .

There is only slight marks on the inside on one rim otherwise like brand new... The marks are on the inside of the rim where the tyre sits.

Am open to reasonable offers..

Remember these are insanely hard to get hold of in this sizing and lighter then TE37's !!

They (ADVAN) make the sweetest 'gold' colour. Free bump.

Cheers for the bump Terry !!

Yeah mate they are awesome wheels and ridiculously light and extremely popular track wheel in Japan..

Cant believe nobody has snapped these up.

The marks on them are minor (spewing at Aussie tyre fitter who took the tyres off)

The rims have only been used to bring the car in from Japan !!

All offers considered but be sensible as these are very rare JDM rims !!

    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
    • Yeah mate, never miss it.
    • Any going to watch World Time Attack at SMSP this year?
    • Appreciate the correction on the "ground", that will make a huge difference to looking at this. That makes complete sense about AF70/AF71 which is what I had come down to being the issue, one of these. I'll have another look in the ignition wiring when I get a chance next week. I'll also make up a jumper wire for running that AF73 test.  ECU is fine, relay itself is fine, pump harness is fine and the pump itself is fine. I am going to upgrade the Walbro 255 anyway with a DW300 I have since I need to replace the fuel sender and I'm going to upgrade the FPR with my chasebays kit ready for new plenum/injectors/dbw, but I'll get this working first. That's why this is so frustrating.
