Moving To Perth.

Hello all.

On Saturday I will be bringing my Autech wagon and moving to Perth after living near Kalgoorlie for the last five or so years.

I was wondering if fellow Perthians could help me out on a few things.

- What are peoples favourite mechanics or workshops? Preferably ones with a dnyos and have experience with Power FCs?

- Where's the best place to get a new windscreen for my wagon?

- Where would be the best place to get my front spoiler either repaired or replaced? It looks like crap after getting hooked on gutters once too often.

- Are there many good car clubs that do hill climbs and that sort of thing?

- Also my car alrm plays up from time to time. Wher would be the best place to take it?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Zane.

Hey Zane

The answer to most of those questions can be found here ---> http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Co...-B-t191756.html

As for the windscreen, it's best to call around to the common places & see who can give you the best price, see the yellow pages for that though ;) Instant Windscreens & O'Briens is a good start

I'd imagine he's talking the legally run events or I'm hoping .... last thing we need is more tools.

When it comes to hillclimb events, motorkhanas etc here are a few clubs and organisations that run events:

http://www.allfours.org.au/forums/index.php (good for: skidpan days, barbegello track days)

http://www.classicrally.com.au/ (good for: tarmac rallies, superkhanas)

http://dtec.com.au/mc-motorsport/car-clubs.htm (hold regular motorkhana and sprint track days)

http://www.speedeventseries.com/ (hillclimbs and sprints)

Keep an eye on the SAUWA event and racing page too - we hold skidpan days and there's other information on there in regards to events coming up :P

Welcome to the big smoke :D
