should see if its possible to get something that states that police that pull you over at RANDOM(like in the middle of 50 "normal cars") for a RANDOM CHECK(they dont tell you at the start because they acn then change their minds,a nd if its nothing to worry about you'll get an RBT)

for some type of haressment.
