Interesting to see the longer duration and larger exhaust valves together, would complement each other.

88mm doesn't need to be totally sleeved. Just sonic tested. Have done a few, usually number 3 needs a sleeve only.

Matt

This is a Txt from my engine build on 2mm+ IN 3+Ex:

Yep it would fit in the chamber. Better if it was a 88mm bore( sleeved block) No point though as I can't remove that much material in the port or I'll find water

Actuators went from hks to 19 and now to 25psi units exhaust side must be getting close to the limits.

Quite excited to get it on e85 should be faster again with the extra torque from the fuel and push closer to 500kw if the turbos hold up..

Awesome!

Please keep us updated when you switch to E85 :)

Thats interesting we had problems with my first block i split number 2 bore went to install a sleeve and found it was only mm thick half way down the cylinder. After seeing that we decided to bin the block for a brand N1.

Track update: PB 10.66 134MPH 1.73 60ft

Axle tramp finally in check - next time out warm rear tires.

2 runs only one with a bad bog and the second bad wheel spin then got booted...

Ran on mickey thompson 275 17" drag radials

Pump/tolulene tune up around 600RWHP lowish boost (26psi)

Getting there slowly..

Sweet as!

Any videos of the PB?

Now you're booted, do you have to upgrade the safety gear and get it inspected or was it more just a general piss off mate style thing?

More like a 'nice run mate dont bother coming around for another pass tonight'!

Give it a few weeks and try again.

Run from mid last year

    • I've never played with one, but I would expect that you are correct. That slot looks like it is intended to be used to unscrew the end, and the flats on the body would be better than grabbing it around the round bit with a pipe wrench. So, yeah, probably unscrews. You'll probably have to make a tool to drive in that slot.
    • A bit late but A disk S13P fit over stock R32 GTR brakes, usually A disk front, O disk rear works.
    • Or, the height of the release bearing is not correct for your combo. Start with the bleeding and checking the slave moves throughout its range when you press the pedal (2 person required), but it is possible for the height to be internally wrong too (box back off to measure.
    • Yes, there's quite a few things that can go wrong during a clutch install. Very unlikely. I have a similar clutch. They (ACS) make good gear. No, it is not normal. It is possible that you just need to bleed the clutch slave. But the new clutch will also have a more aggressive actuation force/pressure, and so your old slave cylinder might be a bit leaky or otherwise compromised, and not up to the extra force required. Or the master cylinder, same.
    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?
