Rb30 Oil Filter

H Guys,

Quick question, I brought an oil fiter for my rb30/25. I was given a Z145 but the one that i took off the car makes no mention of z145. On the end of it, it has 0404 10wf and on the side it has Mo-227. Can anyone clarify this for me?

all the extra writing could mean anything depending on the OEM, the z145a is the right one for your 30E, there is a bigger oil filter that can be used (suits earlier L series nissans)but cant remember the part # ATM

what brand is the old one? if it isn't a ryco then it will have a different part number. some brands put a ryco cross reference number on them, but some don't

Cheers guys, the old filter is a Nippon Max Series...

Z145a is the Ryco part number for the filter for an RB30. It fits an RB26 too for that matter. It is larger than the Nissan RB26 filter for what that is worth.
