Do a bit of reading around and you will find that NO-ONE recommends running spacers full-time (or at all for that matter). By changing the contact surface area of your wheel to your hub, adding another set of nuts to come loose (that you can't easily check on regularly), combined with the increased torque of running your wheels wider from the hub than they are designed, impacts on your wheel bearing life, and lots of other safety factors. Also if you have an accident and your insurance company realises you were running spacers, they will completely void your insurance.
