hey guys

last week i realised i was running 2 bov's, one is standard and 1 is a hks. who ever installed it before i got the car didnt block the stock one. can this damage the turbo at all?

sometimes i find the car will stall (once every few days) and i hear alot of talk about atmo bov's are useless. i wasnt sure if running 2 can do that

Nothing to worry about. It won't damage anything.

Either block of the stocker or take out the HKS unit though as they will more than likely be opening at different pressures and doing funny things. Easiest is to just make a blanking plate for the stocker that sits underneth the bov. That way it looks stock if you ever get pulled over for an inspection.

You can run two if you want. Works great if you have a atmo BOV, help with the stalling issue. What I used to do was place a small blanking plate over the stock BOV position bit drill a little hole in it. About 2cm in diameter. And wallah. Your stock BOV will take care of the low boost and stalling issues and your aftermarket BOV will take car of th majority of the boost release.
