poor showing from the Japanese performance scene. i would have thought there would have been more cars. only 1 skyline ran and it wasn't anything to write home about.

FARK I wish i had enetered my car! I was sitting on the hill for most of the drags and even with 3, 8sec cars either side of it, the skyline got one of the best responses of the afternoon!

I left at about 6.30pm. I saw a 200SX run , black i think that lifted off early because it looked as though its slicks were rubbing on the guards. Looked seriously quick ythough, like 10s.

Did it or the silver Lancer GSR run later in the night

George I totally agree. I spoket to the organisers and they say it is a more of a V8 nationals then anything else. Majority of Jap cars were preparing for the jamboree and that should be bloody good though.

Good to see Rigoli and Pac and Mazda guys there! Well done to them and all the v8 guys too.

ROy that was the croydon autosports 200sx running sr20det.

I was speaking to the mechanics when the car was just about to run. Its great being pit crew! It too ran a 9 second pass! Well done!

the R32 GTR, he is no longer allowed back on the track unless he races at Heathcote Melbourne which is an private track.

TRY09's did run a 10.06 @ 139mph. It will be at the Jamboree, going for a 9sec pass.

Croydon ran 9.70's at Heathcote at the Turbotitles a couple of months ago. very impressive car to say the least.

I saw the Try09 car on the dyno at the auto salon and have videos of it cranking out..... It was awsome....

They are gonna run 2 bar this weekend + NOS.

They will take the 9 second quarter easily.....
