exactly as above. it appears that the rear of the cranks on these things are different between 2wd and 4wd. the spigot bush spec'd for a 2wd RB25 is too big to fit into the rear of the crank on my engine. the inside of it fits the gearbox fine. outside is at least 1mm or more too big.

what did you do for one? all the parts I come up with in FAST show the 2wd bush and that carries across almost every nissan engine I have found EXCEPT mine.

engine was built 09/97.

help!!

For my conversion (32 gtr box into S1 RS4) I used the spigot bush that came in this kit, theres no part number listed for the bush, but you could probably email him and find out what one it is.

worked it out :)

still have the auto bearing in place. it looked like it was part of the crank.

Lol, I was going to suggest that; but given your background, it seemed a little Captain Obvious.:whistling:

Thanks Chris; I feel a litle better knowing that...

    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
    • Not to mention they drive like a bucket of bolts! yuck!
    • Ha ha ha, that's fair mate! We have the crackhead dogs now. Mainly because the missus wants the crazy dogs while she still has the energy and capacity to be able to keep up with them! Ha ha our current two are both Working GSD, there brothers and sisters (from the same litters) are in Police, Corrective Services, and I believe one did end up in defence force too. They're wild and fun, yet right now, both curled up asleep on the lounge room floor while we watch some TV. Mal is very likely the next dog (unless I get my couch potato guardian dog 😛 )   What are your Kitties names? Are you planning some house work, like those high kitty shelves, built in scratching post, and some cat passages from one room to another room?
    • Maine Coone, did look at but to big and fluffy As for performance dogs, we had Mals at work, performance dogs are fun to watch, but, way to much work for this old rooster
