Hi all! I am a newbie here, so this is all about.

My plan to take my baby up to 300rwkw+ I am located in Sydney NSW.

Chasing an upgrade kit or some performance parts :) (mainly street use and weekend drift)

got a very healthy engine here that has done 120xxxk's and still going very hard and strong If you guys planned to get your car back to standard then swapped me and then i'd cash your way.

-ECU prefer apexi power fc with hand controller.

-high flow turbo and engine parts new or used without problem.

-injectors 550cc or higher.

-controlling system.

-whatever you got offer me! pic&price pls.

Simply my car is pretty much standard under the bonnet. will consider anything in good condition.

OFFER ME GUYS!

CHEERS!

2) turbo side = stock cast iron manifold custom made external wastegate flange for the tial 44mm external wastegate / garrett gt3582r turbo 600 - 700 hp rating .

3) ecu computer - ems 6860 stand alone . / blitz dual solenoid electronic boost controller .

4) intake side = d.r.i forward facing greddy style intake manifold / d.r.i 600 x 300 x 76mm , 3" intercooler / custom piping to suit intake and exhaust turbo setup / metal air intake pipe for air filter pod .

5) suspension = hsd , hr series coilovers / d.r.i , front castor rods / d.r.i front inner tie rods with pillow ball ends / d.r.i rear upper camber arms / d.r.i rear upper traction rods / d.r.i rear toe control arms / d.r.i alloy subframe spacers

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
