Basic Mods Need Help

hey guys,

ive just purchased an r33 gtst in really nice nic. just wondering if anyone has the time to share some wisdom on how i can even start to upgrade the engine its all a bit new to me and where to start seems to be the hardest part. Ive already put a 3" exhaust on if it helps.

do a bit of reading on the forum. this has been covered thousands of times over the many years this forum has been around.

as for mods, it depends on what you want out of the car, and how much you want to spend. you could wind the boost up a bit, put a front mount intercooler on. if you want to spend a bit more money you could get an aftermarket ecu, turbo (which would then need bigger injectors and possibly AFM and fuel pump, depending on how big you went).

Yeah ride above threads but I suggest you start with some good spark plugs, coil packs, a good pod-filter, intercooler then upgrade AFM and then take it to a further step from there. I call these mods basic as you have not really touched the pistons etc yet.
