Hi All,

In planning my trip to Japan, I wanna visit Top Secret which is in Chiba and I believe there is a HKS workshop also in the same area.

Can anyone please give me the addresses coz I wanna go find it. I am in desperate need of a Top Secret and HKS jacket!!!

Are there other cool workshops which would be easy to get to in the Tokyo area? I also want to head to Autobacs but I hear that's pretty easy to get to.

TS is in north Chiba. Get off at Chiba-kita on the Higashi-Kanto expressway, take the left exit after the toll booths and head down the main road about 400 meters. You will see TS on the left side in from a side road. Its right opposite a large second hand car reseller.

Other places to visit? Nismo Omori Factory in Omori, near Shinagawa (you can see accurate directions on how to get there on another thread in this section), Honda HQ in Aoyama, Nissan Gallery/HQ in Ginza, Mitsubishi HQ Showroom in Shinagawa, Cornes in Shibakoen(should be getting the 612 Scaglietti soon). Autobacs in Shinonome is ok, but quite expensive if you want to buy parts. There is an ASL & Tommy Kaira showroom right next to it with lots of cars on display so its definitely a must. Crystal is your best option for well priced parts, there is one close to TS in Chiba. Mine's is close to Kamakura is you happen to go there for the usual tourist visit. There is a Prince and Skyline museum in Mitsukaido (Ibaraki-ken). They have a nice collection of rare cars, and Tsukuba circuit is about a 30 minute drive from there. The museum is a 5 min walk from Mitsukaido station.

Thats all an think of at 12am:D

Leewah. Easy by train.

Depending on the line you will be on, catch the train to chiba then catch the monorail to a station called "Sports Centre".

On the left of the station is the main road. Walk down the steps and turn right and head down the main road.

a few hundred metres down on your left is a Mcdonalds and next door is Crystal (highly recommended)

Unless you feel fit, hail a cab to get from there to Top Secret which is on the same side of the road but several km's further.

I think I've got the Top Secret part worked now. Does anyone know of a HKS workshop I can visit and get cool merchandise from?

As you now know, I'll be travelling by train, so any help is still greatly appreciated.

BTW, if I catch a cab to the Top Secret factory, will the cabby speak English (Engrish) or at least know where I want to go?

    • Out of curiosity, how do you cover up the inspection hole? Surely it doesn't sit open like that, right? With grime and dirt coming in and oil going out?
    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything
