C34 S2 Front Diff Rubber Hose Not Connected (Pictures Inside)

Hey fellow stagea owners,

Today when cleaning my engine bay I have stumbled upon a rubber hose which runs from the front differential to absolutely nothing. Car is going up for sale in the next few days and really need this issue rectified. I have uploaded some pictures below if someone could please check out their engine bay and see where the hose runs that would be highly appreciated. The red outline is the pipe that is not connected and the orange oval which the blue arrow is pointed to is where it ends and isn't connected.

Its just a breather - it's meant to be clipped up -just cable tie it if its not.

i did the same thing when i found it too but yeah just a breather for the diff
