Hey guys, bought a vl with a rb20det in, with only the wiring left to do, ive wired it all up and followed diagrams, everything works fine, except no injector pulse, i have spark and fuel pump primes, i have power to injectors but the computer is not earthin the injectors, it runs on aerostart, i can manually earth the injectors an it works fine, so does this rule out a CAS and ignitor? Any help is greatly appriacted.

Mines are just a chipped standard ECU. And the maps in them are too aggressive. They usualy result in engine death when used in Aus. Discard.

The fact that the failure is with two different ECUS tends to suggest that the fault is in the wiring.

Can anyone help with the wiring, if the ecu is sparking but wont earth the injectors out what rlse could it be, i can pulse the injectors via grounding out the pins in the back of the ecu. What else would the ecu need to pulse the injectors, usually when a cas fails it drops both spark and pulse?

Nah mate just standard injectors, as far as i know everythings standard its auto i dunno if that makes a difference, just wanna get it running to sell before rego runs out, the only thing i can think of is bad earths but ive been trough and supplied new earths to every earth i can find, all have low resistance to the body. Its doing me head in, does the ignitor have any input to the injectors?
