Injector O-Rings

Hey guys,

So I have discovered a leak from my injectors and when I pulled them out I noticed there was no O-ring around the silver adapter thingy... Is there meant to be one...

See the picture below, Im talking about between the silver bit and the black manifold...

If there should be one, does anyone know where I may find them?

yes there is one. check you other ones to get a sample to take it to a supplier. these guys are high end but are guru's

If its leaking there it will be an air leak, not a fuel leak.

yeah it is an air leak... It must be a pretty small o-ring because there doesnt seem to be much room in there.

On injectors there are o rings and pencil caps... so they hold pressure..

I'd advise u get some asap...

I reckon a high temp sealant would work fine for that sort of join. If there's a o ring i'd imagine it will be "underneath" in a groove.

Thanks for all your help, found some O-rings at a local shop for $1 for 6... Fixed the air leaks.

They sit in a step on that silver part.
