hey guys about two months ago i broke my throwout pinion/ball so had to get the box off to replace it. upon re-assembly i cleaned the throwout fork(without removing the thrust bearings grease), and used graphit powder on the shaft.

now just the otherday when i release the clutch it geels a bit gritty like the throwout fork is not sliding smoothly. i mainly notice it in first gear when releasing a little slower.

has anyone experienced this before?

i think maybe i need to put more graphite powder on it or the throwout bearing needs more grease, or is it something else.

cheers
