Can't Upload To My Gallery

Hi, I can't seem to upload to my gallery..

I can get through the steps to the end but when I try to Finish I get the follwoing message:

[#1-gallery-review-key1] Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.

Am I doing something wrong??

I have Albums and pics from ages ago, so i guess I should have permission.

Gallery is Broked. Use Photobucket or similar til the powers that be getornit.

glad I found this post, as wasn't sure if I had to book myself in to a retirement home given I couldn't see an obvious way to upload a new picture to my gallery... Of course, it still might be me as I can't even find the upload button to press...
