Rb25De Head Same As Rb20Det?

I need your technical help here guys.

In terms of valves and port sizes, are the RB25DE (R32) the same as RB20DET (R32)?

I have the rare RB25DE from a R32 and was wanting to bolt this up to RB30, but was wondering if id be better off bolting the RB20DET head instead of the larger capacity in the RB25 means they are the same?

25de bolts on to the 30 bottomend so use that

I have heard they have valve float issues however so others here may be able offer advice on that

The RB20 is not the same. Smaller bore diameter remember. RB20 head onto RB30 bottom end is doable, but a massive pain in teh arse and hasn't been worth doing since the very first RB25 head became available to do the job with.

Just the first 4 numbers tell you its totally different

RB25 vs RB20 = two totally different engines, that means both head AND bottom end.

RB20 on a RB30 is a total waste of time, better off sticking with the single cam.
