Hey guys looking at getting some wheels for my r33 18 x 9 +21 front 10 +26 rear. Planning to run 235 and 255 same type of tyre all round.

Is running the same wheel offset and tyre size the best for a r33 or a bit wider at the rear with a bit more track (16mm total) okay.

Cheers

well think about how the car was designed from factory? they would have designed it with same offset all round..

I personally like running the same width and offset all round. From personal experience and assumptions I find the car understeers with wider rears, but that can always be offset by a larger rear anti roll bar (sway bar as most know it as).

Following on from what johni above said......

Depends on what's important to you. The most important end of the car is the one that does the steering and braking. If you want bigger rears to try to put down some massive amount of powerz then go for it. If you want balanced handling, then same size all 'round.
