I'm now at the point where I'm selling my GTR, I love this car too bits but I've gotten to the point where Ive lost intrest in it and don't have the money to get it back on the road.

I can't upload photos at the moment because I can't on the mobile but if you're interested, email me and I'll send some photos through.

It currently has no rego and will need a blue slip as its been out of rego since November last year.

It's a 100% Genuine Nismo Edition although is no longer Gun Metal Grey, I think it's Bayside Blue like the R34 GTR or very similar.

She has a full apexi 3" exhaust and a massive Trust Front Mount, it's a little bit thicker than an iPhone 4 put length ways, a Blitz SBc ID Electronic Boost Controller and an Automatic Turbo timer, Mines ECU and an ARC Aluminium Air Box, Tein Coil Overs, and two Blitz BOV's. Apart from that it has no other mods.

The motor is pretty much perfect other than at the moment it runs a little rough and needs some TLC, to my knowledge it's running rough because of the ignition module, though I've recently replaced all the spark plugs and the Coil Pack Harness. Has 2 sun spots where the clear is pealing and to the LHS Rear body/tail light has some damage in which I was quoted a little over $1000 to repair. I also have replacement tail light for the rear. And it's currently sitting on 43,000 kms but fairly sure before it came into the country it had its KMS wound back, but all major work was done to ensure there were no problems, including 100,000 km service, have all the receipts for proof. Also I have all the import papers proving its a Genuine Nismo Edition.

I'm looking for a quick sale because I just need it gone before I fall in love with it again. Please don't start commenting on this post with the bullshit I see around on other post like this. If you're not commenting to ask a genuine question then don't bother comment or messaging.

I'm not putting an asking price, just message me on here or comment a price and I will get back to you. If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.

My email is [email protected]

Cheers Guys.

If you bothered to read it I clearly stated I'm not able to post photos because im on my mobile!

I didnt say anything about photos.... If you bothered to read the rules, then clearly you would have read this:

7. No external links! - Do not post likes to items being sold on e-bay, or other forums. If you wish to start a thread advertising the same items on SAU, you must include all details and price in your thread. Asking people to refer to e-bay for more info is not acceptable. If you're too lazy to copy and paste the details on here, your thread will be deleted.

I was actually interested initially, but you are obviously arrogant and lazy in selling your car. Not interested anymore.

Sorry mate I didn't know there were rules like that, I just couldnt post photos cos im on the mobile at the moment.

No dude I'm not arrogant, I was just simply stating my side.

Anyways no worries dude theres always other people that might be interested :)

Guys, give the guy a break he's just trying to sell his car for whatever reason - probably financial, I guess. Here, I'll give you a hand with the pictures. However is it just me or is your car quite severely damaged at the rear end? You need to factor this in of course when putting up a price and bring people's attention to it. If it's fixed then all good.

Thanks bud I appreciate that :)

It looks worse in the photos than what it really is believe me. Is nothing major at all, I just don't have the money and time to have it fixed.

i'll give you 5k, considering the unknown engine condition, unknown KM's, what looks like rather extensive body damage, no rego and no RWC, i think this is more then fair.

Ok I'm not taking any sides here and not going to say anything about the price as its up to the seller to charge whatever he damn wants, but I will say this - r32 GTR in good condition can and should fetch $17k. R33's that cost under $23k like $17k are usually pretty ordinary.

Joey, it's okay bus got someone coming to look at it this week. And I just saw a Nismo on here go for 32k. I don't believe what you sell your car should be valued at what the market says, it's up to how much the seller wants and how much the buyers willing to pay.

    • Yeah, it's getting like that, my daughter is coming over on Thursday to help me remove the bonnet so I can install the Carbuilders underbonnet stuff,  I might get her to give me a hand and remove the hardtop, maybe, because on really hot days the detachable hardtop helps the aircon keep the interior cool, the heat just punches straight through to rag top I also don't have enough hair for the "wind in the hair" experience, so there is that....LOL
    • Could be falling edge/rising edge is set wrong. Are you getting sync errors?
    • On BMWs what I do because I'm more confident that I can't instantly crush the pinch welds and do thousands of USD in chassis damage is use a set of rubber jacking pads designed to protect the chassis/plastic adapter and raise a corner of the car, place the aforementioned 2x12 inch wooden planks under a tire, drop the car, then this normally gives me enough clearance to get to the front central jack point. If you don't need it to be a ramp it only needs to be 1-1.5 feet long. On my R33 I do not trust the pinch welds to tolerate any of this so I drive up on the ramps. Before then when I had to get a new floor jack that no longer cleared the front lip I removed it to get enough clearance to put the jack under it. Once you're on the ramps once you simply never let the car down to the ground. It lives on the ramps or on jack stands.
    • Nah. You need 2x taps for anything that you cannot pass the tap all the way through. And even then, there's a point in response to the above which I will come back to. The 2x taps are 1x tapered for starting, and 1x plug tap for working to the bottom of blind holes. That block's port is effectively a blind hole from the perspective of the tap. The tapered tap/tapered thread response. You don't ever leave a female hole tapered. They are supposed to be parallel, hence the wide section of a tapered tap being parallel, the existince of plug taps, etc. The male is tapered so that it will eventually get too fat for the female thread, and yes, there is some risk if the tapped length of the female hole doesn't offer enough threads, that it will not lock up very nicely. But you can always buzz off the extra length on the male thread, and the tape is very good at adding bulk to the joint.
    • Nice....looking forward to that update
