fanasty13
Hi there guys n gals, looking at getting tints for my car, tossing up between 18% or 15% vlt tint atm, want to know how 15% is at night, like, you need to roll down windows to reverse park or park if street isn't well lit? People here reckon its too dark at night? Any tips or advice welcomed.... Seano350GT
you'll be fine, i have 12% on my windows and i can see easy both night and day. Sometimes it's a little difficult to see just depends on a few things really, then again my window is almost always at least half down depending how hot it is. neil_se
You'd be unlikely to be able to pick the difference between a T15, 18 or 20 so go with whichever company is more reputable and has a better warranty (materials AND labour). Once applied to you windows the darkness will actually be 25% less anyway due to the green glass (ie. a T20 film will actually be 15% light transmittance).
