As above how can you tell what are genuine HKS ssqv blow off valves??

If you buy from a reputable supplier you will have less chance of getting ripped. Look at the other items he is selling, they are all knockoffs.

I assume a genuine HKS atmo bov would be over $200, but my question is, why would you want one anyway? For race use the Turbosmart valve works very well, road, just use either stock gtr or the turbosmart Kompact plumb back.
