New Tyres - Can I Put On Just Fronts Or Do I Need A Full Set?

Hey guys

I own a R35 GTR JDM.

I'm about to sell my car in QLD and want to put on some fresh front tyres just to give it a better look for sale. The rear tyres are still near new loads of tread but the fronts are a little more worn.

Can I just change the front tyres without warning lights from the NIssan on board Computer noticing differences in tread?

I know it trips a warning if the front or rear pairs are off by a few mm of tread but not sure if it cares about the full set?

Agreed. I have new rears, old fronts - no dramas.

Same brand/type no probs. Different brand/type (eg R888 front potenza rear) not a good idea.

Great thanks guys, i'll get a pair of fresh ones for the front. Thought it wouldn't be a problem but great to check with the community experts here.
