Hey guys,

I'm currently doing some work in my 32 gtst up in Brisbane, I entered the part number off my afm into google, and it came up with pictures and info on rb25de afm's??

I thought the only upgrade was the Z32?

I do have an extra afm that I got with the car (entered into google came up rb20det afm)

So, just wondering if I should put the oem rb20 one in?

And just sell the rb25de or keep it on, depending whether it is an upgrade..

Sorry I did try searching but couldn't find anything regarding this.

Cheers.

According to PaulR33's PDF there isn't really an AFM specific to DE and DET? That may be wrong though, i am not 100% sure.

Match up your part number with one from his site.

if it works fine just leave it there! the extra afm you got with the car maybe borked hence the de afm replacement . a few parts same on rb25de and rb20det including the injectors

It does work fine. So I was thinking of just leaving it, BUT the reason is..

The rb20 afm I got with the car had a receipt for $187 about 11days prior to me buying the car.

So I guessed he bought it to replace the rb25 one (maybe he was as clueless as me?)

If you wanna give me the part numbers, I can run them through FAST and see what vehicles they suit. :)

That would be great.

Unfortunately I am back on the coast for work until this weekend and did not write part numbers down.

Okay ended up finding the part number for the AFM that is currently ON my rb20det

This is the one that comes up as the RB25DE AFM
