Hydrometer'd ~7% before the final bit of sugar was added so between 7 and 8 %, not the nicest taste but if you drink a six pack of them it'll sit you on your ass lol.

I'm guessing about 2.3 standards a bottle

yeah that is strong beer.

The Christmas beer I had in Finland was 6% but that tasted really nice

Dunno really. Not doing much today, waiting for email from PM for my release date from this project. We've still got another 8 weeks here to finish off the rest of Myer and some carparks. Full practical completion isn't until mid june. But I should be out of here in another 2 weeks or so, fingers crossed.

Do they?

I better leave then lol

Im not cool either man.

I more of a cranky (or more accurately a c.u.n.t. of a) Frenchmen of late cuz old age (mid life crisis perhaps lol)

BTW, Robbie is a legend and would be great to have around here

    • Like others have said, drop the power to give your drivetrain a % of reliability until you can up the drivetrain reliability  It isn't rocket science, build power to the weakest link with a % of safety Whilst upping the the reliability of the drive train is costly, there's no point in having the engine make big power if it keeps eating the drivetrain....ask me how I know, I had the tow truck on speed dial for a few years, and I spent huge amounts of money fixing issues and breakages that really would have been cheaper in the long run if I did it right the first time Me, I like a nice sized fudge factor, that keeps me off the tow truck
    • I don't understand what the issue is with, turn the boost down and start saving $$.  As soon as you can afford the supporting mods, turn the boost back up.  If the car is running fine, enjoy it. Turning the boost down isn't going to kill you.
    • That is surely the biggest gathering of Stageas in North America, ever!
    • Remember kids - if you can't afford to buy 2 GTRs......
    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
