Hello guys,

I planned to buy every single bushing/metla spacer, along with their fan for my BNR32, order was about 200$ but shipping was 70$ to canada.. so I had second thought, my mechanic told me it was useless and I wouldn,t notice a difference beside maybe the shiftter metal collar.

Whats your thought ?? Have you guys tries these item and felt a difference in the way the car handle/react ?

thanks!

I havent tried Gktech, but on my S15 I put Whiteline subframe collars, and there was definitely a difference. Not enough to notice on the street but at Wakefield (NSW race track) power transfer felt solid, and the rear end felt planted through every corner.

Locking up the rear subframe is a good thing - from the point of view of holding stuff together and making it work better. It can and will make a lot of extra noise and harshness come through to the cabin though, so you have to decide what you're willing to put up with.

FWIW though, I am now a firm believer in not sticking crappy add-ons onto the subframe. I pulled mine out and replaced the main bushes with new ones, which are much firmer than the old originals. Previously I had old originals + collars, and I couldn't say that removing the collars has made it go backward. It feels at least as good as it did before.
